Appian Developer – GTA, ON

Role and Responsibilities:

• 8+ Years of experience in Design and Development using Appian BPM version 17 and above version

• Experience in Object Oriented programming languages primarily Java

• Experience in Banking/Financial industry is preferred

• Experience in working with at least one external integration i.e. Web service, ESB, etc.

• Experience in Distributed environments

• Should have achieved advanced skill and knowledge through a combination of education, upskilling programs and hands on experience 

• Experience in working with JSON, XML & RESTful API

• Develop and implement the Appian and web-based applications

• Provide technical guidance to the team on an as and when required basis

• Understand the differences between REST, SOAP and the basic design principles in integrating to Web Services

• Works with business users to translate business requirements into technical designs, to map and load data from source systems to the data warehouse

• Building critical Appian based application as well as associated integration components in Java

• Develop applications in Appian business process management and integrate with other COTS products

• Problem Solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements

• Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models
