Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new clients and business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base- Identify and establish partnerships with potential clients- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Skills:
Proven experience in business development in B2B services and solutions
Must have completed at least two or three full sales cycles, including being awarded the. contracts
Should have strong understanding of originating new client relationships and maintaining follow up protocol with potential clients
Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships
Additional information:
This role would require extensive outbound cold calling
As per client schedule, in person meetings would be required. This would entail travel to client offices / locations
Compensation offered for the role includes a high earning potential through sales incentives
This role shall be remote but requires local travel to client site
