IT Recruiter (Remote | GTA- Canada)

We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters to join us on a revenue-share model. This is a great opportunity for recruiters who are confident in full-cycle tech hiring and want flexibility with strong earning potential.

The Role

  • Conduct full role intakes to understand business needs, culture, and hiring expectations
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies; map talent markets and create strong pipelines
  • Screen and assess candidates across technology roles
  • Manage interview coordination and stakeholder communication end-to-end

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years of technology recruiting experience (mandatory)
  • Experience in hiring for IT Engineering roles would be a strong plus
  • Background in high volume tech hiring
  • Solid understanding of technology stacks and niche skill sets
  • Strong hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn and social platforms
  • Proven ability across full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and closure
  • Polished communicator with strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Agency recruitment experience is an added advantage

Must-Haves

  • Valid Canadian work authorization
  • Currently residing in Canada
