In the early 2000's, as outsourcing reshaped how North American companies staffed technical and back-office teams, the founder built one of the earliest cross-border talent pipelines between two continents - a win for clients and for the professionals who had roles before they landed.
During the early stages of the global pandemic when the world was closed and business was still trying to figure out the new normal; the founder saw the shift towards cloud, data security, and compliance, coming early enough to have the right network in place before the demand did.
The common thread was never luck. It was a repeatable way of reading a role and finding who actually fits it. This method is now the ""Quantified Outcome Index"", and QHRtechworx is the vehicle for it.
