The Role
- Conduct full role intakes to understand business needs, culture, and hiring expectations
- Build and execute sourcing strategies; map talent markets and create strong pipelines
- Screen and assess candidates across technology roles
- Manage interview coordination and stakeholder communication end-to-end
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of technology recruiting experience (mandatory)
- Experience in hiring for IT Engineering roles would be a strong plus
- Background in high volume tech hiring
- Solid understanding of technology stacks and niche skill sets
- Strong hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn and social platforms
- Proven ability across full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, assessment, negotiation, and closure
- Polished communicator with strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Agency recruitment experience is an added advantage

- Valid Canadian work authorization
- Currently residing in Canada
